Exclusivity and Regional Protection

CALIFORNIA (WBA, SCSBOA, NORCAL, etc...)
Exclusivity is provided within one's primary circuit (by class). You will be contacted by us if another school in your area is interested in purchasing a show that you have already chosen. After analyzing each group's performance schedule, both band directors and the XtremeBrass, LLC Admin. team will collectively determine the likelihood of a conflict. If scheduling conflicts arise the show will not be resold. If conflicts are not likely or if both band directors aren't concerned by the scheduling conflicts that arise the show will be sold to the interested school in your area.

NORTHEAST STATES (USSBA, TOB, MAC, etc...)
Exclusivity is provided within one's primary circuit (by class). You will be contacted by us if another school in your area is interested in purchasing a show that you have already chosen. After analyzing each group's performance schedule, both band directors and the XtremeBrass, LLC Admin. team will collectively determine the likelihood of a conflict. If scheduling conflicts arise the show will not be resold. If conflicts are not likely or if both band directors aren't concerned by the scheduling conflicts that arise the show will be sold to the interested school in your area. Additional exclusivity will be considered for bands from different circuits that fall within 100 miles of one other.

TEXAS (UIL)
Exclusivity is by UIL region within your class. UIL "Area" exclusivity is available for an additional charge of $500.00.

OTHER STATES
Exclusivity is provided within one's primary circuit (by class). You will be contacted by us if another school in your area is interested in purchasing a show that you have already chosen. After analyzing each group's performance schedule, both band directors and the XtremeBrass, LLC Admin. team will collectively determine the likelihood of a conflict. If scheduling conflicts arise the show will not be resold. If conflicts are not likely or if both band directors aren't concerned by the scheduling conflicts that arise the show will be sold to the interested school in your area. Additional exclusivity will be considered for bands near state lines that fall within 100 miles of one other. Please let us know if your school is near a state line or if you tend to compete outside of your state!

BANDS OF AMERICA (BOA)
Please notify XtremeBrass, LLC if you are attending a Bands of America event. BOA Regional and Grand National Championship "Class" exclusivity is available for an additional charge of $500.00.
